Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control and root cause analysis techniques
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality
  • Train and mentor team members on quality management principles and best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation and records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in quality management or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
  • ISTQB certification is preferred
