Junior Reconciliation Specialist

Requirements

• You have 1-2 years of experience in cash management, ideally within a multinational corporation, bank, or FinTech environment
• Possess a solid understanding of banking systems and international business
• Familiarity with the requirements and complexities of global payments transactions
• Excel in prioritizing tasks, managing your time effectively, and working independently
• Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European or Asian languages is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, payment service providers (PSP), and credit cards
• Validate and maintain cash data on a day-to-day basis
• Report and track any connectivity issues with banking and payment systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Provide support for various ad hoc tasks as required
