  • Proven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively across a distributed team

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage recruitment communications with the utmost confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency and compliance
  • Take part in outsourcing candidates
  • Post and remove job listings, manage applications, and ensure a seamless flow of information
  • Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Effectively prioritize and manage time to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks
  • Exhibit reliability, dependability, and strong motivation in all professional endeavors
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing various recruitment activities with ease
  • Deliver exceptional client service, catering to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Display flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental goals
