Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively across a distributed team
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage recruitment communications with the utmost confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency and compliance
- Take part in outsourcing candidates
- Post and remove job listings, manage applications, and ensure a seamless flow of information
- Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Effectively prioritize and manage time to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks
- Exhibit reliability, dependability, and strong motivation in all professional endeavors
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing various recruitment activities with ease
- Deliver exceptional client service, catering to both internal and external stakeholders
- Display flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental goals

- Proficiency in using advanced recruitment software and ATS functionalities
- A proactive approach to recruitment, constantly seeking to refine and enhance processes
