Junior Risk & Payments Analyst in Romania

Summary

A Junior Risk & Payments Analyst is needed to join a growing international company. The candidate will be responsible for preventing, detecting, and investigating risk/promo abuse, identifying suspicious activity, analyzing account history, registering client documents, handling customer requests, and working on own initiative or as part of a team. Requirements include a keen interest in Sports Betting, Payments, strong numerical skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, good English communication skills, and the ability to work on weekends. Preferred qualifications are knowledge of French language and experience with MS Excel and online risk detection systems. Responsibilities

• Prevent, detect and investigate all instances of risk/promo abuse associated with our product range
• Identify suspicious activity/trends using various risk detection systems
• Analyse account history and trends to take appropriate action on accounts
• Register client’s documents, identify and verify new and existing customers using the related verification tools and methodologies
• Handle customer requests related to withdrawals, verify source of balances, documentation and payment methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French language
• Experience with MS Excel and online risk detection systems
