Summary

The job is for a Junior Salesforce Administrator who will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users for Salesforce. The role involves common Salesforce administrator tasks such as user management, configuration, reporting, data migration, integration with other systems, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, training users, troubleshooting issues, and answering support tickets. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should have a Salesforce Administrator certificate, 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, strong understanding of Salesforce concepts and terminology, experience with Salesforce development and customization, experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certificate is a MUST
  • 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform common Salesforce administrator tasks, such as user management, configuration, reporting, data migration
  • Assist the Senior Salesforce Administrator with more complex tasks, such as integration with other systems, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, training users, troubleshooting issues
  • Answer support tickets requests from end users
