Junior Salesforce Specialist

Summary

Vizrt Group is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join their team during a phase of growth and digitalization. The role involves driving the business transition to Salesforce as the strategic platform, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and customizing Salesforce components. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, certification in Salesforce, and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certification in Salesforce is required
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the internal Salesforce team, driving the business transition to Salesforce
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration
• Work closely with other parts of IT such as ERP and integration to support a seamless business experience
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to customize and enhance Salesforce components

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and/or certifications in Platform Developer/App Builder and CPQ are highly valuable
• Experience working as a Salesforce consultant is highly valued
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong documentation skills and proficient in English
• Project management experience with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to implementation is a merit
