Summary
The Junior SEO Specialist at SupportNinja will assist with developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. The job requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, at least 6 months of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role, good communication skills, basic understanding of SEO principles and tools, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, familiarity with content management systems, and experience with HTML/CSS. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 months experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and analysis
- Optimize website content for search engines
- Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools and analytics
- Assist in link-building strategies
- Implementing and following the SEO strategies and tactics that are developed and instructed by senior and intermediate SEO professionals, and ensuring the compliance and quality of the SEO work
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with content management systems preferred
- Experience with HTML/CSS preferred
