Junior Social Media Manager

Summary

Join Bitso as a Junior Social Media Manager to help grow Onchain, a decentralized platform. You will define Onchain's voice across social media platforms, focusing on memecoin trends and altcoin culture. This hands-on role requires deep understanding of crypto-native culture and excellent writing skills. You will monitor trends, create engaging content, collaborate with other teams, run experimental campaigns, and track performance metrics. Requirements

• Deep understanding of crypto-native culture and internet fluency
• Active follower of Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster
• Demonstrated ability to write punchy, relevant posts (memes, threads, CT copy)
• Proven eye for virality, timing, and tone
• Comfort adapting across formats (X posts, memes, launch copy, product updates)
• Excellent written English; additional language fluency a plus
• Strong sense of narrative and community instincts
• Self-directed and fast-moving — thrives in volatile markets and chaotic moments

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trends, token launches, and narratives across CT and Telegram
• Draft and schedule content (memes, posts, threads) with rapid turnaround
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to translate launches into content
• Run experimental campaigns around new tokens, quests, and launches
• Contribute to shaping Onchain’s brand voice and visual identity
• Help design and maintain a social content calendar
• Track performance metrics and surface learnings on what drives engagement
• Interact with our audience in real time when needed (comments, quote tweets, etc.)
