Responsibilities include editing engaging YouTube videos, creating compelling thumbnails, implementing SEO best practices, repurposing content for short-form videos, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, and monitoring analytics. You will also manage social media content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate possesses proven YouTube editing experience, strong thumbnail creation skills, and a solid understanding of YouTube SEO. Proficiency in video editing software and experience with short-form video content are essential.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing for YouTube with an engaging, high-retention style
• Strong skills in creating compelling thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm best practices
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Experience with short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos to be highly engaging, polished, and on-brand
• Create eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails that increase click-through rates
• Apply SEO best practices to video titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists
• Edit and repurpose existing content into YouTube Shorts for maximum reach
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and coordinate uploads
• Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize future content
• Repurpose video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Schedule and post content across multiple platforms
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages (as needed)
• Maintain consistent branding and tone across all channels

Preferred Qualifications
