Requirements

  • At least one year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (job posting, job boards, sourcing, phone screening, candidate evaluation, interviews, etc.)
  • Understanding of candidate sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Action-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Quick learning ability
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing & screening
  • Scheduling, organizing and participating in the interviews
  • Communicating with stakeholders & hiring managers
  • Updating on hiring needs and progress on demand
  • Tracking and maintaining candidate information in ATS
  • Creating and posting job ads on various platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the IT industry is a big plus
