Requirements

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across GTM and non-technical roles
• Recruit for 10-12 roles per quarter, ensuring timely and high-quality hires
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering results
• Source and attract top talent, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring
• Lead recruitment operations, ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering team development when required
