Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or finished relevant courses
• Strong and professional communication skills – written (must), verbal, and presentation
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively
• Result-oriented and persistent with a focus on achieving goals
• Resilient and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Intelligent, fast learner who can adapt quickly
• Self-organized and able to manage tasks independently
• Upper intermediate English (B2)

Responsibilities

• Search for potential leads on LinkedIn and other sources
• Analyze job descriptions on company websites to identify potential clients
• Send messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), engage and qualify leads
• Execute a proper Eleken introduction in business correspondence via LinkedIn/E-mail
• Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement
• Schedule intro calls with the Sales Managers
• Prepare company profiles for intro calls
