Junior Technical Delivery Officer, Remote - Singapore

Summary

The Technical Delivery Officer role is responsible for deploying Opus 2's services to hearing room locations. Responsibilities

• Deployment of Opus 2’s services to hearing room locations
• Planning/preparation of the equipment needed for the hearing/service
• Logistical deployment of the service
• Configuration and setup of the service
• Support of the service
• Breakdown and removal of equipment
• Work with the case managers and operational teams on dealing with technical support/issues
• Assisting and developing new ways in which Opus 2 engage/interact with the clients for provisioning our services
• Work closely with the case managers to ensure that installations are carried out within the specified timeframe and guidelines
• Provide feedback to the technical delivery team regarding specific installations and client issues onsite
• Quality control the technical delivery teams’ installations
• Design technical audio/video/network solutions for the hearing room
• Operate bespoke court reporting software and provide support
• Provide technical standby support (onsite and offsite) for all hearing venues as directed by your manager
