Junior Translator

Summary

Join Med Planet, a member of the M3 Group, a global leader in healthcare technology and research solutions. This role focuses on bilingual (English-German) translation and quality assurance within the market research division. Responsibilities include revising and checking translations, updating existing translations, and translating various market research materials. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with a Master's degree in Translation, strong English skills, and 1-2 years of professional translation experience. Remote work is a requirement. Additional qualifications, such as knowledge of CAT tools, are preferred.

Requirements

• German native speaker
• Master's degree in Translation
• Good command of the English language
• 1-2 years of combined translation experience in a professional environment, including internships
• Capable of working 100% remotely

Responsibilities

• English > German bilingual revision and quality checking, as well as German > English to a lesser extent
• Updating of English > German translations
• English > German translation and post-edition of screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, and other market research materials
• German > English translation and post-edition of answers to open-ended questions

Preferred Qualifications

• Referral letters are welcome
• Knowledge of CAT tools such as Trados
