Junior UX Designer

Summary

Requirements

• A university degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field
• At least two years of experience working as a UX designer or similar role
• Demonstrated experience working on complex web or desktop applications
• Knowledge of usability testing, both remote and in-person
• High attention to detail in your designs and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX researchers to gather user insights (needs, behaviours, pain points)
• Design and iterate user journeys, prototypes, and high-quality design assets
• Conduct usability tests and ensure our products meet usability benchmarks
• Work with developers to bring designs to life and monitor their performance post-launch
• Advocate for the user’s needs during product development discussions
• Create mock-ups for pitches and conceptual work
• Maintain and contribute to our design component library
• Present your work to stakeholders and business users with confidence
