Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in account management or supplier relations. Experience working with international suppliers while procuring goods for Amazon is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and secure advantageous terms
• Conduct thorough supplier research and analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement strategies and business objectives
• Assess clients' needs for new opportunities and work to close greenfield sales
• Document all client interactions and actively coordinate outreach efforts
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement improvement plans as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and supplier developments
