Summary
Join ADLINK as a Vertical Key Account Manager in MedTech, focusing on expanding our presence in the MedTech sector. You will drive sales initiatives, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and tailor solutions to meet client needs. This individual contributor role requires experience in B2B technical solution sales within MedTech, a strong understanding of industry challenges, and a proven ability to achieve sales goals while building client relationships. You will manage key accounts, set and achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, build relationships with decision-makers, and seek new business opportunities. Collaboration with the Technical Sales Engineer is key to identifying solutions. Regular sales updates to senior management are also expected. The role is remote with approximately 40% travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fundamental understanding of electronics and electronic circuitry
- Experience in Embedded Technology, or the Medical and Healthcare industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on vertical markets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by managing key MedTech accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Set and achieve clear sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals
- Develop and execute healthcare-specific sales strategies, adjusting to market trends and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineer to identify best fit solutions to meet customer needs
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to close gaps
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, highlighting key wins and opportunities for growth
