Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success, within EdTech or SaaS
  • Experience with upselling, renewals, and driving initiatives to increase usage and engagement
  • A very high level of energy and passion, with a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and expansion, and manage renewals across a portfolio of schools
  • Drive initiatives to increase usage, engagement and customer understanding of our platform
  • Constantly improve the way we work internally to improve efficiency
