  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships
  • Capability to manage and contribute to multiple dynamic priorities
  • Proactively seek out and share relevant information

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that exceed sales and margin targets for your accounts and the overall product category
  • Drive sales performance across all product categories within designated retail partners
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Plan and execute activities across online, in-store, and off-page channels to achieve strong sales performance
  • Ensure accurate forecasting aligned with individual account and company goals
  • Work within agreed promotional budgets to meet sales and margin targets
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth for both the company and retail partners
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities and pricing
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners to generate incremental business, aligned with the overall strategy
