Manager, Key Account Management

Summary

Jobber is seeking a Manager, Key Account Management to join their Sales department. The role involves leading the Key Account Management team, scaling and expanding the team, managing performance, collaborating with other sales leaders, and recruiting and training new hires. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of payments sales experience or sales management experience, a strong understanding of Salesforce and Excel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payments sales experience to SMBs and/or sales management or team-lead experience
• Demonstrated experience in sales management or team-lead experience
• Extensive experience working as a sales consultant/executive/account manager in a high volume, short cycle, B2B environment

Responsibilities

• Increasing payments volume by changing customer behaviour and cross selling additional Jobber products
• Driving customer engagement and retention through relationship building and trust leading to improved customer experiences and workflows
• Garnering key customers and product insights used to solve pain points and inform other parts of the business
