Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting, financial services, or a comparable client-facing position
  • Deep understanding of IT systems and processes, especially within large organizations
  • Demonstrated capability to expand accounts through solution-focused strategies and long-term vision
  • Proficient in engaging C-level executives, managing expectations, and clearly conveying complex solutions
  • A proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving client issues
  • Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and delivering value-oriented solutions
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration
  • Analyze client needs, understand their IT and operational challenges, and propose tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute plans to expand engagement and identify new opportunities for value addition
  • Present compelling proposals, upsell existing services, and secure additional business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations
  • Leverage financial industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices and innovative IT solutions
  • Monitor key account metrics and provide regular progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders
