Summary
Join Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, as a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth in ESPT. You will develop and maintain relationships with key customers in industries like machine building and robotics. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, acquiring new customers, and utilizing CRM systems. Success requires a strong sales track record in relevant industries, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and a passion for technology. Requirements
- Enjoy sales activities and supporting people. Strong customer focus
- Successful sales track record in such industries as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc
- IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software
- Spanish, Portuguese, English - full professional
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Leadership Ability
- Solution Finder / Problem Solver
- Hungry for success
Responsibilities
- Work with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them
- Acquire new customers
- Develop opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography
- Manage sales cycle - from initial customer contact and enquiry to the order receiving and ensuring the repetitive orders flow
- Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project and be the primary contact point for your customers
- Regular and punctual reflection of the sales process in the CRM system
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection molding
- Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment
