Key Account Manager

Summary

Join Xometry, the world's leading on-demand manufacturing platform, as a Key Account Manager in the DACH region. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in industries like machine building and robotics. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth through process improvements and innovation. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring repeat business. Maintain regular CRM updates and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts. This role requires a successful sales track record in relevant industries and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Working with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them
• Acquiring new customers
• Development of opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography
• Management of sales cycle - from initial customer contact and enquiry to the order receiving and ensuring the repetitive orders flow
• Maintaining customer contact at all stages of the project and being the primary contact point for your customers
• Regular and punctual reflection of the sales process in the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection molding is a major advantage
