Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets for assigned key accounts
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key electrical wholesale customers in Poland
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close contracts with key customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the electrical wholesale channel
