Requirements

  • Proven managerial and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in business processes (e.g., finance, HR, procurement, and operations)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Data analysis expertise to drive informed decision-making
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional collaboration across departments
  • Fluency in English
  • Physical Demands: ability to lift 15lbs
  • Travel Requirements: 30-40%
  • Work Environment: This is a full-time, remote position and is available to anyone in Canada
  • Expected Hours of Work: this is a full-time position that at times will require additional hours and effort

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement impactful sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a nationwide sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business planning
  • Oversee annual business planning and performance monitoring
  • Take corrective actions to address performance gaps and exceed targets
  • Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior to identify opportunities
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve market positioning
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth
  • Foster a results-oriented and supportive work environment
