Requirements
- Proven managerial and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
- Proficiency in business processes (e.g., finance, HR, procurement, and operations)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Data analysis expertise to drive informed decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration across departments
- Fluency in English
- Physical Demands: ability to lift 15lbs
- Travel Requirements: 30-40%
- Work Environment: This is a full-time, remote position and is available to anyone in Canada
- Expected Hours of Work: this is a full-time position that at times will require additional hours and effort
Responsibilities
- Design and implement impactful sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a nationwide sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation
- Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business planning
- Oversee annual business planning and performance monitoring
- Take corrective actions to address performance gaps and exceed targets
- Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior to identify opportunities
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve market positioning
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth
- Foster a results-oriented and supportive work environment
