Knowledge Architect

Summary

Join Palo Alto Networks as an experienced Knowledge Architect within the Worldwide Shared Services (WWSS) organization. You will play a key role in building and quality-assuring sales collateral, leveraging LLMs to enhance efficiency and reach. Responsibilities include creating processes and tools for LLM utilization, producing public-ready collateral, and improving team efficiencies. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in synthesizing technical information, quality assurance, technical writing, and problem-solving. Experience with Acrolinx and content management systems is required. Requirements

• Expertise in synthesizing technical information and communicating it to disparate audiences
• Expertise in quality assurance of collateral, including deeming it fit for public consumption
• Expertise in mentoring peers and refining their communication skills
• Expertise in technical writing or editing
• Expertise in acting upon customer feedback
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise with using Acrolinx
• Proficiency in content management systems
• Familiarity with cloud-computing concepts and administration
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals
• Experience in using project management and problem-resolution tools, such as Asana and Jira
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows

Responsibilities

• Quality-assure sales collateral such as reference architecture guides, user guides, websites, slidedecks, illustrations, and so on
• Create processes and tools for using LLMs as a collateral-multiplier, e.g., modifying existing documents for different audiences
• Create processes and tools for using LLMs to extend quality assurance to materials that currently receive none
• Produce public-ready collateral
• Help build tools to aid in the creation and distribution of the collateral
• Propose and develop improvements to team efficiencies
