Requirements

  • Proven record in executing on a knowledge management framework
  • Proven experience in training development and delivery
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge management tools and practices

Responsibilities

  • Executing a comprehensive KM strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Designing tailored programs, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Applying a variety of learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training
  • Implementing tools/processes to enhance knowledge access and use
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, refining content as needed
  • Identifying, collecting, and organizing valuable knowledge from various sources within the organization to enhance organizational efficiency, innovation, and decision-making
