Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Proven experience in KYC or related compliance roles is a must
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Handling user verifications on the platform
• Communicate with the users to address questions and concerns
• Performing extra checks on the user profile
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to the priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
• Keep information confidential
• Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies
• Become a product expert and constantly grow
