Requirements

  • 5+ Yrs of IT experience
  • Strong understanding of IT Networking, IT security, and IT domain problems
  • Strong Identity Background (experience with Okta, Ping, or other related IAM Platforms)
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, virtualization, networking)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Powershell)
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g.,Terraform)
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD)
  • Experience with provisioning architecture and HRMS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Infrastructure: Design, develop, and manage scalable cloud and on premises infrastructure that ensures high uptime and availability for our demo environments
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Stay ahead of the curve by working closely with Product Managers and Engineering to integrate upcoming features into our engaging demo narratives
  • Configure for Success: Craft relevant product storylines and configurations that resonate with our target audience. Empower our Go-to-Market teams to effectively communicate the value of our products
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring our presales teams have the support they need
  • Automate for Efficiency: Leverage automation tools to streamline routine tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce errors. Develop scripts and tools for environment provisioning and management
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Foster strong relationships with sales, presales, engineering, and IT teams to understand their needs and deliver exceptional infrastructure support
  • Manage Customer Infrastructure: Maintain customer trial environments and infrastructure and provide support as needed
  • Think Innovatively: Explore creative ways to integrate Veza tenants at scale with SaaS solutions like Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, and other partners, enhancing the customer experience
