Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a marketing, project management, or label services role within a major distributor, label, or equivalent environment
- Demonstrated track record of commercially successful release campaigns
- Strong understanding of global music industry trends and release strategy
- Knowledge of DSP promotional channels, music publications, and other key outlets
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify Ad Manager, and similar digital advertising platforms
- Strong grasp of data analytics, with the ability to report on campaign performance and growth
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for label partners, providing guidance to implement tailored release strategies
- Regularly assess industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to drive client growth
- Develop and manage marketing and A&R campaigns for client labels, optimizing efforts across digital and traditional channels
- Represent Revelator at key industry events to build connections with artists, labels, and industry professionals
- Organize and lead educational webinars and mentoring sessions for artists and label partners as part of the Label Services program
- Monitor and report on operational capacity to support client demand and service delivery
- Enhance and document internal workflows to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead client communications, setting clear expectations for product and service delivery
- Gather and organize marketing assets from clients for ad campaigns and other promotional initiatives
- Set up and manage ad campaigns across DSPs, leveraging platform-specific tools and best practices
- Consolidate weekly marketing opportunities from DSPs and work with the internal team to match these to client needs
- Collate and review client pitches and promotional requests weekly, presenting top selections to the Label Services team for curation
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with DSP editors, arranging listening sessions and other touchpoints
- Work closely with the Distribution team to incorporate client feedback and improve service features
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building out new departments or product offerings from the ground up
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cross-functional processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency
