Summary
Join DataForce by TransPerfect as a Data Quality & Process Development Coordinator in Spain! This permanent, full-time remote role focuses on supporting the Services team by improving processes and ensuring data quality. You will collaborate with stakeholders, identify process gaps, develop quality plans, analyze data, and provide reports and recommendations. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in process improvement methodologies and AI/ML data-related projects. Requirements

- Excellent research skills and the capability to analyze and comprehend complex project documentation
- Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace suite of products
- Minimum Bachelorβs degree or its equivalent
- 1+ years in roles with similar responsibilities
- Acquainted with process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of AI Machine Learning data-related projects (including speech, text and computer vision data collection, data curation and annotation projects)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the DataForce Services team to identify process gaps, and address them by creating and/or improving existing procedures
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify process related needs/gaps and root causes of quality issues
- Support team in the development and documentation of quality plans, processes and improvement initiatives
- Collect and analyze data through system and interviews
- Measure the adherence to set quality standards providing reports and recommendations to management
- Process and investigate inquiries regarding process documentation
- Provide support for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support
- Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders and share it with the DataForce Services team to ensure continuous process improvement
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with crowd workers/community
- Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment
- Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization
- Fluency in a language other than English
