Launch Marketer

Summary

Join our team as a Launch Marketer and manage the complete onboarding of new partners onto our platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing impactful launch marketing campaigns, including creating engaging program pages and email sequences. This role demands exceptional project management skills, advanced English fluency, and high-quality copywriting abilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making. The position is fully remote with a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule. The application process involves completing an application form and recording a skills showcase video.

Requirements

• Proven track record in project management, ideally in marketing or partnership launches
• Advanced English fluency with strong copywriting and communication skills
• Demonstrable experience with Airtable or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello, monday.com )
• Basic proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto our platform
• Create and execute impactful launch marketing campaigns, including developing engaging program pages and email marketing sequences
• Conduct high-level copywriting tailored specifically to our audience, ensuring clear, compelling, and consistent communication
• Utilize Airtable (or similar project management tools) to meticulously manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Create basic design assets using Canva or comparable design software
• Act as the primary decision-maker for launch-related tasks, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills
