Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–3 years in a professional services or operations role
• Excellent communication skills with comfort engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• A passion for solving complex problems and a growth-oriented mindset
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding processes for law firms, starting with observation and co-leading, then managing several simultaneously
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT and legal leadership
• Configure law firm platforms and curate data for accurate and timely delivery
• Guide law firms through Apperio’s functionality and early adoption
• Troubleshoot data or onboarding issues and collaborate with internal teams to unblock delays
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and educational materials for law firms

Preferred Qualifications

Analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Excel or SQL
