As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will support the Marketing team in driving enrollments across clients and health plans in the US. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying conversion opportunities, reporting on KPIs, and executing growth strategies. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting or marketing analytics in a high growth tech company
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent English (spoken and written) and willingness to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US, starting at 10:00 am Portugal Time
- Deep expertise in analytical tools including Looker and Google sheets. Mixpanel experience a huge plus
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively and accurately and a positive, can do attitude
- Highly motivated to learn new platforms and technologies to carry out dynamic marketing programs
- Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization and strategic planning
- Analyze performance of key B2C marketing channels and campaigns including website/landing pages, email, direct mail and webinars to monitor trends and identify conversion opportunities
- Inform enrollment testing strategy to improve enrollment conversion rate across channels and measure performance of tests to identify areas of improvement and iterate
- Report weekly on Key Performance Indicators for marketing campaigns, channels and Client performance
- Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with internal Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and Data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US based teams and different time zones
- Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices
