Join Mitratech, a company focused on building products for legal, risk, compliance, and HR functions, as a Law Firm Services Associate. This role provides operational support to law firms through phone, email, and website case management. You will be responsible for problem-solving, answering support calls, responding to tickets, and providing excellent customer service. You will also complete data entry tasks, research incomplete entries, maintain client information, update databases, schedule quality control checks, address escalated issues, and assist team members with various tasks. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience required
Responsibilities
- Problem-solving and ability to answer support calls and respond to support tickets while providing superior customer service
- Provide operational support by completing a wide variety of data-entry and external support tasks
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete entries
- Maintain and update accurate client information
- Update databases and relay information to pertinent parties
- Schedule and execute quality control checks
- Address escalated client and other end-user issues
- Assist team members by coordinating tasks including, timekeepers, data entry, inbox management, and other responsibilities
- Prioritize workload according to Quovant methodology and client guidelines
- Utilize Zendesk or other CRM software for daily support issues and phone calls
- Maintain a strong understanding of Quovant services
- Cross-train and support other team members within Law Firm Services when needed or as requested by the department manager
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management (supervisor and/or director)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs Degree: Business Administration, Communications, or related field is desirable
