Lead AI Solutions Consultant

Summary

Join Braze as an AI Solutions Architect, a critical individual contributor role working closely with the Sales team. You will educate enterprise customers on Braze's product, conduct proofs-of-concept, and lead highly technical discussions. You will build consultative relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing how reinforcement learning can transform customer lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities include representing Braze's capabilities to prospects, leading technical discussions, executing demos and proofs-of-concept, serving as a primary instructor for AI Academy programs, acting as a thought leader, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive technologies, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting team members. The role involves up to 20% travel. Requirements

• People person: You are experienced working directly with enterprise customers and develop strong, consultative relationships.  You lead with curiosity and have deep empathy for customers
• An engaging presenter: You are an enthusiastic and engaging presenter, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• An expert in machine learning: You have a solid grasp of machine learning, including a familiarity with reinforcement learning
• Mar-tech savvy: You understand the marketing technology ecosystem and can develop a perspective on the most effective ways to structure a customer’s solution
• A strong collaborator: You can persuade and influence others
• Analytically-driven: You are able to draw insights from raw data and perform analysis that is helpful and clear to customers
• Structured and organized: You can structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
• A problem solver: you are able to break a complex problem into components and collaborate with the right people to efficiently get to a solution
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Represent Braze’s product and capabilities to our top prospects
• Lead technical discussions on our cutting-edge data science and answering technical questions
• Execute demos and proof of concepts, including facilitating integration, delivering results & insights
• Serve as a primary instructor for our AI Academy programs, a 1-day interactive workshop to teach artificial intelligence concepts through guided exercises and discussion
• Serve as a thought leader, evangelizing the benefits of AI testing & reinforcement learning
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Braze in relation to them
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., product, engineering) to continuously improve Braze’s products and externally facing materials
• Support other team members across functions to develop their expertise and to inform future Braze product development
• Up to 10-20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
