Summary

Join Immersive, a leader in people-centric cyber resilience, as a Lead Business Analyst to support our growing customer base. This role focuses on cyber resilience analysis, delivering actionable insights to key customers using the Immersive One platform. You will be the primary internal expert and customer liaison for premium support analytical services, collaborating closely with the Customer Experience team. Responsibilities include utilizing platform data and regulatory frameworks to inform decisions and recommend strategic actions, enhancing platform insights with comprehensive summaries, regularly presenting analyses to customers, and creating reports highlighting cyber threat trends. You will also prioritize analysis for both pre-sales and post-sales engagements and act as a proactive change agent, driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools, and familiarity with cyber industry standards.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a similar data analytics role as Risk Analyst / Resilience Analyst OR have equivalent technical competence and experience in education
  • Has a mature understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL (Structured Query Language), Snowflake, and Google Looker. This includes the ability to develop queries for standard uses
  • Familiarity with cyber industry standards and frameworks such as MITRE, DORA, etc
  • Employs working knowledge of account structure, goals, and customer challenges to complete service deliverables
  • Adept with Product and Sales department internal processes and procedures. Proficient in analytical tools and techniques
  • Prioritizes project work independently, works with team and manager to understand impact across roadmap priorities
  • Proven passion and expertise for the discipline in Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Research
  • Industry or Vertical expertise: highly regulated industries or critical infrastructure segments

Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with the broader Customer Experience team and under direct guidance from the Immersive Cyber Resilience Team management, the Lead Business Analyst provides critical analytical services focused on our customer’s cyber resilience posture and readiness
  • Utilizes platform data, regulatory frameworks, and external intelligence to inform internal decisions and recommend strategic actions to improve cybersecurity resilience and achieve successful business outcomes
  • Enhances platform-generated insights by providing comprehensive background, strategic executive summaries, and clearly articulated implications for customer cyber resilience goals
  • Regularly presents detailed cyber resilience insights, risk assessments, and KPI-driven analyses to customers, fostering strong relationships and familiarity with key customer contacts
  • Develops and delivers effective visualizations and presentations, clearly communicating cyber resilience threats, vulnerabilities, and success metrics relevant to customer objectives
  • Creates and distributes regular reports highlighting cyber threat trends, KPI performance, and actionable insights through reporting tools such as Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Looker Studio
  • Delivers additional strategic value to premium support customers through close coordination with the extended Customer Experience team, aligning support with customer success goals
  • Prioritizes analysis in support of customer needs across both pre-sales (POV) and post-sales engagements
  • Comfortable presenting cyber resilience score analysis, data-driven insights, and KPI metrics in various formats including spreadsheets and comprehensive whitepapers
  • Acts as a proactive change agent, driving continuous improvement and innovation in cyber resilience support methodologies and practices
  • Independently leverages exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge of cyber resilience to deliver precise, actionable insights aligned with customer success metrics
  • Addresses diverse and complex cyber resilience challenges, evaluating multiple identifiable factors to derive actionable recommendations for customers

  • Immersive’s commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices means that our compensation & benefits team prices each individual role before it is opened. Each team member is eligible for a compensation plan made up of a base salary + bonus (either annual or variable commission, depending on role) + equity. We expect most candidates for this position to fall within a base salary range of $138,175 - $198,348, though the specific package will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience
