Summary

Join us as a Lead Business Analyst and elevate the business analysis function across the organization. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of agile software development (Scrum/Kanban), product lifecycle, and modern tech stacks
  • Proven ability to build and lead a team, including coaching and performance management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at senior levels
  • Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools
  • Experience writing detailed documentation, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the analysis effort across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts: define team goals, training plans, and performance metrics
  • Establish and enforce business analysis standards, tools, and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clear, actionable requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to elicit and refine business needs
  • Support agile teams by maintaining high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming
  • Partner with solution architects and developers to align solutions with business goals
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and deliver better business outcomes
  • Provide regular reporting and insights into analysis progress, risks, and team performance
