Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of deep partner management experience, preferably in a consumer mobile internet company
- Proven track record of building high-value, long-lasting partnerships and business relationships
- Strong experience in setting up processes around partner management from the ground up
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Deep knowledge of the mobile apps ecosystem, with fluency in common business models and app development practices
- Hands-on approach with a focus on business support and practical execution
- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Build and manage deep relationships with external partners, including OEMs, payment gateway providers, and key contacts at app stores like Playstore and AppStore
- Target the right partners and identify untapped opportunities to drive strategic growth and maximize impact
- Source, conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships that align with business objectives and bring value to the ecosystem
- Craft and execute a targeted marketing strategy to position Hike as the partner of choice, highlighting key strengths and collaboration opportunities
- Own and execute media buying across key digital channels to drive user acquisition, visibility, and ROI from partnerships
- Work closely with marketing and UA teams to plan, negotiate, and optimise spends across media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, OEMs) as part of broader strategic partnerships
- Optimize costs, capitalise on cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and build deep, lasting partner relationships to drive growth
- Proactively advocate for both internal and external stakeholders, pushing issues toward resolution
- Manage the day-to-day interactions with partners, resolving any operational issues that arise and maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction
- Establish and optimise processes for managing partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and consistent communication with external partners
- Research and identify new business prospects and partnership opportunities, focusing on global markets
- Build consensus across engineering, product, and marketing teams on partnership and business opportunities
- Build and manage deep relationships with all external partners across OEMs, app stores, and other strategic partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Real Money Gaming (RMG) space is a big plus
