Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an IT consulting role, preferably within a multidisciplinary IT professional services organization, with previous experience supporting bids and proposals in a professional services consulting environment
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful digital strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and platforms relevant to bids and proposals
  • Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
  • Finance management experience, including cost estimation and budget tracking and reporting
  • Proven analytical, consultation, and planning skills
  • Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the business
  • Ability to interact and network with stakeholders across the organisation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of discovery, strategic bids and proposals for data and digital engineering engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client requirements and tailor digital solutions accordingly
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform digital strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and innovation
  • Facilitate and lead customer workshops to understand their business needs and goals, design strategic solution options and build a work package
  • Provide technical expertise on digital tools and platforms
  • Lead discovery workshops, bids, and proposals, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget constraints
  • Support with cost estimation for the bids and proposals
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
