Lead Functional Consultant

Join Atom, a rapidly growing technology services company, as a Functional Lead of SCM, Oracle Cloud Practice. In this role, you will design and deliver complex procurement and payables solutions within an Oracle Cloud environment. You will lead key initiatives, manage procurement processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position requires extensive experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion, Oracle Cloud Procurement, and Payables. Requirements

• 10+ years Solution design and Implementation experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion
• Strong knowledge in the following areas – Procurement and Payables
• Minimum 3+ years hands on experience including but limited to Oracle Cloud Procurement, Payables, Self Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, Payments, TAX, Supplier Portal, SLA Accounting Per Procurement Requirements
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle Fusion end to end Implementations
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment
• Ability to lead in a hands-on capacity on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
• Lead the requirement gathering sessions, CRP and UAT phases in the project
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
• Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases etc. using OUM or any other methodology
• Expert written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
• High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
• Self-sufficient, independent requiring little supervision or intervention
• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex solutions in Procurement and Payables
• Manage and oversee the procurement process within an Oracle Cloud environment
• Ensure that the procurement operations align with organizational goals
• Effectively manage Oracle Cloud Procurement Contracts, streamlining the contracting process, and maintaining compliance with agreed terms
• Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with the clients
• Drive architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when implementing new solutions
• Work on client demos, RFPs, and other implementation activities

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with implementation Experience in Avalara tax will be given preference
