Join our dynamic and global Digital Product Engineering company as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps) Functional Consultant! We are seeking a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience in D365 FinOps, specializing in manufacturing or sourcing/procurement. You will configure and maintain D365 FinOps modules, analyze and optimize business processes, provide system support, and conduct user training. Strong skills in configuration, administration, and support are essential, along with expertise in inventory, product information, production control, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Possess strong skills in Dynamics 365 ERP Inventory Management, Dynamics 365 ERP Product Information Management, Dynamics 365 ERP Production Control, Dynamics 365 ERP Warehouse Management, and Dynamics 365 ERP - Microsoft Dynamics Success by Design Framework
- Have 5-8 years of experience in D365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012)
- Possess strong knowledge in at least one of the following modules: Manufacturing or Procurement & Sourcing
- Have hands-on experience in system configuration, administration, and support
- Be able to work independently, manage tasks, and drive initiatives
- Have a strong understanding of business processes related to manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain
- Have experience in user training, documentation, and system troubleshooting
- Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain D365 FinOps modules, specifically Manufacturing, Procurement & Sourcing, and related Finance functions
- Manage system settings, workflows, and user security roles. Ensure system integrity and compliance with business processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into D365 FinOps configurations
- Optimize business processes using best practices in manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide L2/L3 support for functional issues in D365 FinOps
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and configuration-related issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and customization needs
- Develop and execute test cases for new implementations, updates, and enhancements
- Conduct user training and create documentation for business users
- Lead or participate in D365 implementation, upgrades, and rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a D365 FinOps certification in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Have experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools
- Have an understanding of integrations with third-party tools and ERP extensions
