Requirements

  • You’re a driver. You understand the objective or desired outcome and you take ownership and accountability (along with some creative thinking) to get us there
  • Communication is your jam. You’re not afraid to put yourself out there
  • Personalization is your middle-name. (Or at least it should be!) You know how to identify target segments and customize our communications to best drive conversions
  • You’re experienced in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or HubSpot and you understand the importance of detailed tracking

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within target markets
  • Utilize various channels (outbound email, phone, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to conduct outreach and generate leads
  • Create automated outbound sequences using tools like Smartlead and HubSpot
  • Effectively qualify leads based on specific criteria and needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the payments industry and competitive landscape
  • Meticulously track all prospect interactions within our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Dwolla's products, services, and value proposition
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Dwolla's solutions to potential clients
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and stay abreast of industry best practices
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and key performance indicators
  • Contribute to the improvement of marketing and sales processes and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role
  • Experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, data analysis and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and the fintech industry
