Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation or list-building roles
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent research and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C markets and sales funnels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using online tools, directories, and databases
  • Understand target audience criteria to build accurate and relevant prospect lists
  • Create and maintain prospect databases by collecting contact details and company information
  • Validate and enrich existing lists by updating missing or outdated information
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM systems
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities
  • Generate insights on industries, company structures, and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies with business objectives
  • Share regular updates and reports on progress and lead quality
