Requirements

1 + Year telemarketing experience

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound calls via phone system
• Disposition of every call
• Make notes on every attempt
• 4 hours of talk time or 350 outbound calls
• Call List completion, daily
• Answer, transfer and forward incoming data calls
• Work call lists uploaded by manager
• Be available for inbound data leads while making outbound calls
• Use sweet process before attempting support from Management
• Complete Premier tracker in real time
• Monthly meeting with all staff to discuss performance tracker, goals, month end recognition and Q&A
