Summary
Join Apollo.io as an HRIS Systems Specialist and manage and optimize the organization’s HRIS and related IT systems. Lead the Workday implementation, migration, and integration, configuring and automating processes to improve efficiency and data integrity. Collaborate with the automation team on system integrations, maintain system configurations, and ensure data accuracy. Provide user training and technical support, manage vendor relationships, and identify process automation opportunities. This role requires extensive HRIS management experience, Workday expertise, and strong project leadership skills. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HRIS management experience in a mid-size tech company
- Experience providing remote support on a global scale
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing the Workday HCM HRIS platform
- Strong background in Workday implementation and migration
- Proven experience integrating HRIS systems with external ATS (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Experience with HRIS migrations and managing API integrations with other systems (e.g., payroll, finance, recruiting, ERP)
- Ability to use reporting tools to generate and analyze HR data
- Strong project lead experience, utilizing project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Responsibilities
- Integrate HR systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, finance, benefits, recruiting)
- Configure and maintain HRIS and IT systems
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and employee data
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes
- Provide training to end-users and system administrators, and maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
- Respond to system issues and bug reports, including creating requirements for new features or functionality
- Serve as the point of contact for systems vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like Okta for managing user permissions and ensuring system security
- Experience with payroll system integrations (e.g., Deel)
