  • Proven track record of driving technology-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives within the electric power generation domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions, with a particular focus on SAP's Field Service Module (FSM) for electric operations
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of technology systems to support electric power generation processes
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of IT professionals
  • Partner with vendors and external stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology systems and electric power generation operations
  • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to maintain a robust control environment and mitigate risks associated with technology systems

Benefits
