Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required and at least 5 years of related professional experience
- Significant experience in product development from idea to launch and demonstrated capability in delivering outcome-based solutions that deliver value for the organization and for the users
- Demonstrated history of working with cross-functional teams, senior management, external clients, and other partners
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, acute attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Consistently seeks to deeply understand the needs of the users leveraging sophisticated tools and methodologies so all efforts are aimed toward delivering value for them and for the organizations we serve
- Directs research and data analysis efforts to guide the team in making data-driven decisions and facilitates collaborative decision-making by assessing options, carefully weighing trade-offs, and recommending the best course of action
- Establishes and employs prioritization frameworks to align the work of the team to the strategic product objectives
- Creates a product strategy that articulates the goals and measurable outcomes, aligns with the product vision, acknowledges organizational challenges, and communicates how decisions will be made to effectively achieve the goal
- Defines the strategic product roadmap to guide the teams efforts based on the product strategy
- Utilize deep working knowledge of Agile Methodologies to lead product operations from inception through deployment and maintenance
- Coach and mentor other product managers
- Perform other duties as required

Demonstrated capability in delivering products for U.S. government agencies with complex stakeholder environments that include cross-functional teams, senior management, external clients, and others
