Lead Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Lead Product Manager at Kiln DeFi in Paris or Western EU. The role involves leading the product and ensuring its success for both Kiln and customers. The product, Kiln DeFi, enables non-custodial integrators to seamlessly offer and monetize DeFi access to their users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management and/or Business experience, ideally in a B2B context
• Experience & track record in the crypto industry
• Great product acumen and ability to put oneself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Responsibilities

• Owning the product roadmap
• Owning the product messaging
• Owning the pricing and packaging
• Communicating all the above, ensuring teams are in sync
• Representing Kiln at key events and in key partner meetings
